We understand that investing money in initiatives that we support can be a tough call.

Because we know that our work can provide tremendous value to your organization, we offer this guarantee:

If you work with Clarrus, follow through on the recommendations made (based on a diagnosis or other approach) and do not find a reasonable level of improvement, we will refund any money you have paid for the engagement.

Indeed, if the stars align and we are able to work together to define an objective model for the expected value of the initiative, we’ll take our guarantee one step further:

If the work with Clarrus includes a quantified improvement model (defined in advance) that can objectively show the value provided, Clarrus will proudly contribute to the engagement for an agreed-upon percentage of the resulting improvement value.

We will even deduct any per-diem fees that may have accrued along the way.
