Privacy Policy

We will never pass along any information you provide us to third parties, either for remuneration, or for exchanged names, or for any other reason – ever.

We may periodically provide you with information that we believe is relevant to your business situation. You may opt out of this at any time simply by responding to the message indicating that you are no longer interested in this type of information. Your feedback is appreciated; we want to ensure that we provide value to the best of our abilities.

When you provide your e-mail address to us to receive our periodic blog/newsletter, the Clarrus Compendium, we will use that e-mail only for the newsletter and will not combine this e-mail into any other list we may be maintaining. When you unsubscribe, the e-mail is removed from the list.

We will not include you in a mass e-mailing (spam) without your explicit advance permission to do so. Again, if you would like to be removed from such a list, you may do so at any time by responding with a message.

If you believe for any reason that we are violating our own Privacy Policy, please contact us with your concerns.

  • What People are Saying

Jim is simply one of the smartest and most knowledgeable software development professionals I have ever met. His vast knowledge of the discipline is both leavened and enhanced by his acute awareness of and sensitivity to “the real world” of what actually occurs with real developers in actual practice. Jim is also a warm, open, honest person – rare gifts and an asset in any consultant.
