We start with our Performance Diagnostic to get an initial understanding of the lay of the land, which will give you an immediate overall perspective, as well as benchmarks against similar companies in the industry. From this point we will drill down into the areas of concern to understand the true nature of the risks that lie within, primarily through interviews and audits of artifact.

We can address specific questions about the company you may have, or work to a standard set that we have evolved based on our experience.

Depending on your needs, we can provide a verbal debrief of our findings, a summary Power Point deck, or a comprehensive report of findings with specific areas of concern and prioritized recommendations for remediation.

We will work within your budgets and can usually turn our efforts around in a very brief time period, and will make ourselves available to you as well as the prospect after the review has been completed for clarification as necessary.
