You have a job to do - you need to get your product out the door to a satisfied customer. In the early stages, everyone wears a number of hats, and all are pulling together to get the job done as well as they can. As the demand outstrips the capacity of an organization, it is important to think both tactically for current issues, as well as strategically for the long term.
• Estimation support: Early project estimates are critical for getting the project off on the right foot, and marrying these estimates to the business priorities can be a difficult task. We have strong expertise in the area of early project estimation, and can act as part of your planning team to ensure that you focus on the right projects and set appropriate expectations for all stakeholders.
